My Ethos

I design earthy, elevated spaces that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful—spaces that hold you, reflect you, and evolve with you.

Every project begins with understanding. I take a holistic approach to design, considering not just the aesthetics, but how your space needs to work for you—how you move through it, how you gather in it, how it makes you feel.

I believe in creating homes that are rooted in natural materials, layered textures, and honest details. There's a quiet luxury in simplicity done well—where every choice is intentional, every element has a purpose, and the overall feeling is one of calm, warmth, and ease.

Design isn’t just about the finished space—it’s about the process too. I’m here to guide you through each step, to simplify decisions, to listen deeply, and to bring clarity to the chaos that renovation and construction can sometimes bring.

My work is grounded in collaboration, trust, and the belief that good design can truly support the way you live.

My love for design is rooted in a deep appreciation for how spaces make us feel. From an early age, I was drawn to the quiet beauty of well-considered homes—the way light falls across natural materials, the comfort of a thoughtfully placed chair, the sense of calm that comes from a space that just feels right.

Design, to me, is about more than how a room looks—it’s about how it supports your life.

I bring a warm, intuitive approach to every project—tuning in to what my clients are naturally drawn to and guiding them toward choices that feel both personal and refined.

My strength lies in understanding what you love, even before you’ve found the words for it. I gently encourage you to explore ideas outside your comfort zone, blending creativity with clarity to shape spaces that feel considered, individual, and beautifully resolved.

Every design is tailored to reflect your style while working in harmony with the architecture of your home—creating a seamless balance between the existing and the new.

I love leading my clients through the design process, from the conceptual design through to problem-solving onsite, weaving together the overall big picture.

There are a few materials I find myself returning to again and again — natural brass that's allowed to tarnish, hand-crafted clay zellige tiles, linen, rattan, wool, microcement. It's a palette shaped as much by travel as by training; the South of France, the Amalfi Coast, and the Greek islands left their mark, and it's a sensibility I'm bringing more and more into my own work — warmer and more textural than the light, bright interiors I'm often known for, but rooted in the same belief that good materials only get better with time.

When I'm not designing, you'll usually find me walking somewhere green, unwinding with restorative yoga, or seeking out a beautifully designed restaurant — good food and good spaces tend to go hand in hand for me. These slower moments ground me, and remind me why I do what I do.

Client Love

“Working with Brooke from The Sanctuary Interior Design was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, she was genuinely invested in our project, taking the time to understand our style, needs, and vision. Her ideas were thoughtful, creative, and incredibly practical—and she absolutely nailed the brief. The end result feels like us, but elevated in all the right ways. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a designer who really cares and delivers beyond expectations.”

“Brooke you’ve been brilliant. We wouldn’t have the outcome in our design without your knowledge, support and direction.
Your ability to bounce ideas off as well as expressing your own opinions on elements within our project to guide us to the best possible outcome was in-valuable.

You showed true professionalism in your interactions with us but allowed your bubbly personality and creativity to shine through.
We’d highly recommend your design studio and will be using your services again should we decide to build again.”
